I am always finding great ideas on Pinterest, so I was quite upset that I came across a pizza rolls recipe and didn’t pin it! What the heck was I thinking? Anywho, I remembered the gist of the recipe and re-created… DELISH! Please DO try this at home.

Homemade Pepperoni Pizza Rolls

Ingredients:

1 cup mozzerella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 prepared pizza dough (I used Jiffy brand)
2 cups pizza or marinara sauce (I used Prego brand)
1/2 package sliced pepperoni
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Oregano to taste

Make It!

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. On a floured surface, roll the prepared pizza dough out flat. Put a little flour on your hands to prevent it from sticking. Now, we’ll layer the toppings. First, spread 1 1/2 cups of the pizza sauce evenly on the dough, followed by the garlic salt and oregano, mozzerella and parmesan cheese, and pepperoni.

Flour those finger tips and roll the whole thing up tightly into a log. Slice the log into about 10 – 12 sections. Split them apart and arrange the rolls onto a greased baking sheet or dish. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until the tops of the rolls start to brown.

Use the remainder of the pizza sauce for dipping and enjoy!

  1. I make these as well. My family gobbles them up quicker than I can make them. I make these for a quick lunch/ dinner and serve with a salad!
