We all know that Starbucks® is best known for it’s coffee drinks, but how exactly do you know which drink to order? More or less flavor? Add espresso? Is the bold brew too strong? There are so many choices, so in an effort to meet customer requests for a milder version of brewed coffee, the Starbucks® Blonde Roast was born.

I personally am a fan of a lighter roast of coffee. Have you ever bought a coffee that was not exactly what you expected? I have. I do love coffee, but I am not a connoisseur, so when you tell me the region and type and quality of beans that a coffee is made of, it doesn’t really narrow it down for me. I can easily figure out the roast types on the new packaging of the Starbucks spectrum: Blonde, Medium, and Dark.

The Blonde roast will do for me, the one pictured above is one of the most popular, the Starbucks Veranda Blend™, which has a soft and mellow taste. You can stop by any Starbucks location and try all 3 flavors to see which roast profile is your favorite.
