Mr. Food usually has some pretty good recipes, so it’s no wonder their Game Day favorites cookbook is so popular! Included is this awesome recipe for Pepperoni Pie Squares, a finger food that will probably fly off of the plate. If you are headed to a Super Bowl party, take this dish to the shindig and WOW all of the guests!
Pepperoni Pie Squares
Serves: 8
Cooking Time: 25 min
What You’ll Need:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 pound Muenster cheese, cubed
- 1 (8-ounce) package sliced pepperoni, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
What To Do:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking dish
with cooking spray. - In a large bowl, combine all ingredients
; mix well then pour into baking dish. - Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until top is golden; cool slightly then cut into squares. Serve immediately.

What a great, simple recipe! When I saw it I though it might have bisquik in it. Fresh and fast. Love that! And muenster cheese is actually my favorite kind. My kids and husband love pepperoni. I am not a fan so I will add some ham or chicken on part of it instead!
