Have you ever wondered about making homemade baby food for your little one, but just can’t find the appropriate recipes, products or time to do so?
I loved to make my daughter ‘s baby food when she was little. While I do admit that making your own baby food at home is time consuming, it is totally worth it. The health benefits of fresh fruits and vegetables far exceed those of pre-packaged foods, which are full of preservatives, fillers and other junk that we do not know about. Starting with individual foods, such as bananas, peas, and applesauce, you can test your baby to see what foods they like or dislike, and may even be allergic to. When my daughter hit about 6 – 9 months, I started experimenting with soups and home cooked meals that we were all eating, just breaking it down into baby form. It sure feels good to know exactly what our kids are eating!
Pick up your favorite fruits, vegetables, and other fresh foods at the grocery store for the whole family. There are tons of recipes and food ideas that come with the Baby Bullet machine, so you’ll learn to make great combinations and nutrition information, too. Some foods can be eaten raw, such as bananas, avocado, and other similar fruits. Others, such as carrots, apples and corn should be steamed.
Choose the blade you’d like to use based upon the food you are making. The baby blend blade is for chopping, blending and pureeing fruits, vegetables and meats. The milling blade is for harder foods, such as rice, pasta, grains, oats, etc. Twist the blade onto the large batch bowl or smaller short cup, add your ingredients, then attach it to the power base and push down to blend away!
I so wish I would have had the Baby Bullet when I was making baby food. It is so much more convenient than using a blender. It looks super easy to use, cleaning is a snap in the dishwasher, and the date dial storage cups and stay fresh lids remind you just how long the food has been in the refrigerator. In just 5 minutes, you can potentially make 1 weeks worth of baby food using the 32 o. batch bowl.
Visit Baby Bullet’s website to learn more. You’ll receive plenty of tools and information with your order, a great deal for the price!
